• Our Slater Bootcamp Log is approximately 75 lbs of Southern Yellow Pine, making it suitable for a wide range of users. It has a diameter of 10" and a total length of 48", with 24" between handles, providing ample space for various grip positions and exercises. The Bootcamp Log is non-loadable, making it ideal for bodyweight-focused or high-repetition workouts. It features 1" Manilla Rope Wrapping, adding to its durability. All Slater Logs are handcrafted in Lancaster, Ohio, by Steve’s Son, Landon Slater.

These deadlifting blocks are grown and made in OHIO, USA from solid wood. They measure 22.5" x 12" x 9", bringing the bar up to 18". 

Great for deadlifts or olympic lifts off blocks. Some like to use the blocks to elevate themselves for belt squats or double stack for box squats. At the very least, they look good in your gym. 

 Use with bumpers.
